Banana Bread

Ingredients:

  • 7 tbsp (100 grams) of butter

  • 7 tbsp (100 grams) of brown sugar

  • 2 eggs

  • 2 bananas, peeled

  • 24 tbsp (350 grams) of flour

  • 1 teaspoon baking soda

  • Pinch of salt


 

Method:

Mix 100 grams of melted butter with a blender, add 2 eggs and 100 grams of brown sugar, and continue to mix. Add 2 sliced bananas and stir until completely smooth. Use the spoon to mix in 350 grams of flour, a teaspoon of baking soda and a pinch of salt…

Cover the pan with a baking sheet, pour the dough into the pan and bake for 40 to 50 minutes at 200°C.
