Homemade Chicken and Veal Pâté

Cook veal knuckle or chicken legs and thighs with carrots, onions and garlic, parsley, celery, pinch of salt and pepper, olive oil or butter. When the meat is well done, blend it and control density with the water in which the soup was cooked, and voilà.

You can keep the pâté in the refrigerator for up to 7 days, although my advice is not to keep it for more than 3 days. Trust me; it is so delicious that you won’t have to keep it longer than a day.

 

I also advise you to cook the chicken with skin, and in the end, you can blend the pâté with or without it.

Instead of olive oil or butter, you can of course use different oil.
Add salt and pepper to your liking.
